PayFlex Address Correction

 

Question:

How does a member correct their address through PayFlex when they have not yet received a PayFlex Debit Card or set up a PayFlex account?

 

Answer:

A special file (not the 834) was created in Edison and is placed on the PayFlex server for PayFlex to pick up on Saturdays.  Any address change in Edison will be sent to PayFlex over this file once a week.
