Changes in coverage made during Annual Enrollment become effective the following year, starting Jan. 1.
Participants must remain enrolled in their selected benefit options until the next year, unless they lose eligibility or have a qualifying event or family status change during the year.
Note: Please do not create multiple forms for the same employee. If you notice you have made an error on a form, you have two options to correct it. You can either update the form or submit a Zendesk ticket for assistance.
