How to upload documents in Edison:

  1. Log into Edison account
  2. Navigate to Benefits tab
  3. Navigate to Benefits Work Center
  4. Click Benefits Document upload
  5. Enter the Employees Edison ID or Social Security number
  6. Click Proceed to Upload
  7. Click “Browse”
  8. Locate the document on your computer and click open
  9. Click upload
  10. After clicking upload you will be returned to the requirements page and you will receive a message informing you if the upload was successful or unsuccessful with a date and time stamp.

Please note:

The uploaded file will not immediately be visible to you or to Benefits Administration

 Documents will be assigned to the correct employee record in Edison within 24 to 48 hours of upload (during peak times it may take longer)

 Each document will be worked by the analyst in Benefits Administration in the order they were received 

 Do not upload the same file more than once as this will cause delays when processing the document
