How do I update an employee address in Edison?

  • Navigate to the Benefits Workcenter.
  • Select Workforce Administration.
  • Select Modify A Person.
  • Enter the Employee ID
  • Select the Contact Information
  • Select View Address Detail.
  • Click the “+” sign to edit the current address.
  • Click the calendar icon next to the effective date to select the date the change occurred.
  • Select Add Address.
  • Enter the new address in the address fields.
  • Select Ok when you are finished entering the address.
  • Make sure that the address updated and select Ok.
  • Select Save to finalize the changes.
