How to update an employee address in Edison:

  1. Log into Edison account
  2. Navigate to Benefits tab
  3. Navigate to Benefits Work Center
  4. Click on Workforce Administration
  5. Click on Modify A Person
  6. Enter the Employee ID number
  7. Choose contact information
  8. Click “Edit/View Address Detail button
  9. Click the “+” sign to edit the current address
  10. Click the calendar icon next to the effective date
  11. Select the date the change occurred
  12. Click “Add Address”
  13. Enter the new address in the address field
  14. Click “Okay”
  15. Make sure that the address updated
  16. Click “Save”
