Password Reset FAQs




1.      What is my Access ID? This the first four letters of your first name, sometimes followed by the first letter of your middle name, followed by your two digit birth month and birth calendar date, followed by 001 or 002. To find this, you will need to go to the Edison web page, and click on the HERE link in the 1st Time Login/Password Reset. Then follow the prompts.


2.      What is my Employee ID? Ask your benefits coordinator or call the service center for this information.


3.      When I enter my password, it always takes me back to the Sign In or Edison main page? You will need to call the service center. You might be locked out of your account.
