How to set up a Zendesk profile

 

  1. Enter link: benefitssupport.tn.gov/hc
  2. Click “Agent sign in”
  3. Click “Have you emailed us? Get a password”
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Check your email for the link provided
  6. Click the email provided in the link
  7. Create and enter a password
  8. Click set password
  9. Profile is now set up in Zendesk
