A Retirement Insurance Benefits Analyst is also available to speak with you regarding the process and the eligibility criteria to enroll in coverage as a retiree on the state plans. To discuss your specific eligibility and/or enrollment questions, you may contact us at 800-253-9981 and select option 2 to speak with a Retirement Insurance Benefits Analyst. Our service center hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Central and on Thursdays from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm Central.
When you call, you will be asked to provide your identifying information including your name, Edison Employee ID number, or social security number, your date of birth and finally your address, in compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements.
If you have a circumstance for which you would like to request an in-person counseling session at our Nashville office, appointments can be made by calling the Benefits Administration Service Center and are subject to availability. Our office is located on the 19th floor of the WRS Tennessee Tower, at 312 Rosa L. Parks Avenue, Nashville, TN. If you schedule an in person counseling appointment, please bring your driver’s license with you, it will be required to check in at the security desk to enter the building.
