If you have elected to enroll a new dependent into coverage during annual enrollment, we require dependent verification to verify that the dependent you have elected to enroll in an eligible dependent.

These documents can be submitted in Edison self-service after you click the "Submit Enrollment" button on your benefits enrollment. You can also submit by email to benefits.administration@tn.gov (if emailing please include Edison ID and your first and last name) or by uploading directly in Zendesk by clicking here.
Once the documents are received, we will notify you or your agency benefits coordinator if the documents are acceptable or if more documentation is needed.
