Running the Monthly ABC Directory Audit
Step by Step Navigations:
Login to Edison
Select the NavBar Icon
Select Navigator Icon
Select HCM Reporting Tools
Select Query Viewer
Enter the TN_BA413_ABC_ROLE_REMOVAL in the begins with field.
You can view the Query Name (TN_BA413_ABC_ROLE_REMOVAL), Description (TN_BA413 ABC Role Rem), Schedule (Select when you would like your query to run each month), Add to Favorites and Run to specific format: HTML, Excel or XML.
Select Run to Excel
Select To & From Dates:
Click on the calendar icon and select the dater or type the dates in the field:
(Example: 3/01/2021 – 3/31/2021)
Click View Results
Reports consists of the following data below:
Role Name – TN1_BA_EXT_AGENCY_BEN_CRDN or TN1_BA_AGENCY_BEN_CRDN
User: User ID or Username
Emp. ID: Edison ID
Name: ABCs Name (Last, First and Middle Initial)
Eff Date: Date entered in Edison as terminated
Unit: Business Unit: RTTER, HETBR, LGGA2 or a State Dept. # (Example: 32901)
- Copy the Empl. ID and check job data to ensure they are terminated in Edison
- Check their roles by running the TN_HR78_HCM_SEC_ROLE_BY_EMPLID to ensure they no longer have the role of an ABC.
- Check access of Department # by running the TN_HR79_SEC_USER_DATA_ACCESS to ensure they no longer have access to the agency Department #.
- Check the ABC Directory and advise Chad in Admin to update the ABC Directory accordingly
