I have submitted an enrollment request. How do I know it has been entered?

Benefits Administration’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to make sure that all enrollment requests have been uploaded into Edison within 24 hours of initial receipt. The coverage requested on the enrollment form has a 36 business hour SLA. 


For employees – Contact your Agency Benefits Coordinator for information. 

For Agency Benefits Coordinators – The enrollment form will appear on the employee record in Edison within the 24-hour SLA time period.  If you do not see the enrollment form on the employee record after 24 hours, contact Benefits Administration at 1-800-253-9981.
