I have submitted an enrollment request. How do I know it has been entered?

Benefits Administration’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to process the enrollment form within 36 business hours.

The enrollment form will appear on the employee record in Edison within the 24-hour after the Zendesk ticket has been solved.   If you do not see the enrollment form on the employee record after 24 hours, contact Benefits Administration at 1-800-253-9981.
