To remove an Agency Benefits Coordinator that has resigned/transferred/retired etc. You just need to terminate the Employee record in Edison. If this was the only ABC with the agency, we will need to get someone in to replace the agency benefits coordinator as you must have a designated person at all times.
To remove an Agency Benefits Coordinator who will remain employed with the agency, you will need to complete the below form and submit the request to benefits.abcsecurityforms@tn.gov for processing.
