You will remain on the dental coverage even after becoming Medicare eligible, unless you request to cancel the coverage. If you would like to cancel the dental coverage at the same time you age off medical and vision coverage, please complete the insurance cancel request form located at https://www.tn.gov/partnersforhealth/continuing-insurance-at-retirement.html under the forms tab. You will have 60 days from becoming Medicare eligible to cancel or wait until Annual Enrollment.
