When is COBRA subject to be canceled for non-payment?

If a COBRA premium is 30 days past due, then COBRA insurance is subject to be canceled for non-payment of premium. It will be canceled back to the last month that the premium is paid in full. If there are claims that are paid after the date COBRA insurance has been canceled for non-payment, those claims are subject to being recovered from the member.
