I received another invoice, but I am back at work. Do I need to pay this amount?

If you have received an invoice but have returned to work, contact your agency to verify they have submitted the appropriate documents to end your direct bill. If your agency has submitted the documents to end your direct bill, contact Benefits Administration at 800-253-9981, option 6 to verify if the premiums need to be submitted or if the premiums will be deducted from your payroll check. Many times this is a timing issue.
