When am I responsible for the full employee and employer portions of my insurance?

An employee who has been on a leave of absence not qualified under FMLA for one full calendar month will be responsible for both the employee and employer portions of insurance. Example: Mr. Smith is out on a leave of absence not covered as FMLA for the full calendar month of June. He is responsible for the full employee and employer premiums for July.
