Am I allowed to enroll in both a medical flexible savings account (medical FSA) and a limited purpose flexible savings account (L-FSA)

You cannot enroll in both the medical FSA and limited purpose FSA (L-FSA) in the same year. However, the L-FSA is a great option if you are enrolled in the CDHP/HSA since it provides a way to save tax-free for your eligible dental and vision expenses (only).
