ActiveHealth Management is the wellness and weight management vendor.

The MyActiveHealth^TM programs and services offered through ActiveHealth Management are confidential and secure. The MyActiveHealth^TM program works with BlueCross BlueShield of TN, Cigna, CVS and Optum as part of your benefits. The MyActiveHealth^TM Member Engagement Platform is accessible only by the health plan participant unless that individual grants access to their doctor, spouse or other health care provider.
