Electronic Bill Pay for Insurance Premiums


Benefits Administration offers four payment options. Debit and/or credit card payment is not an option.


Benefits Administration payment options include:                      


·         Check or money order

·         Cash

·         Ach – Automated Clearing House (Bank Draft)

·         Electronic bill pay through member’s bank*

 Note: ACH is not an option for an active employee enrolled in direct bill. 


Payments should be made payable to:  State of Tennessee Group Insurance Plan, Benefits Administration

The member’s employee ID should always be included with the payment.


*To make an electronic payment through a member’s bank to Benefits Administration, the memo of the payment should indicate payment is to be posted to the member’s employee ID.  The member does not need any other account information.
