Benefits Administration offers five payment options for employees on unpaid leave, or COBRA participants or retirees who are on direct bill.
Benefits Administration payment options include:
- Check or money order
- Cash
- ACH – Automated Clearing House (Bank Draft)
- Electronic bill pay through the member’s bank*
- Credit/debit card or eCheck online
Note: ACH is not an option for active employees enrolled in direct billing.

The member’s employee ID should always be included with the payment.
*To make an electronic payment through a member’s bank to Benefits Administration, the memo of the payment should indicate that the payment is to be posted to the member’s employee ID. The member does not need any other account information.
