I am an employee with medical coverage through Partners for Health. I have a benefits eligible dependent who is not enrolled in my health plan. Is that dependent able to utilize Emotional Wellbeing Solutions?

Yes. They are considered an eligible dependent and can utilize the Emotional Wellbeing Solutions program. They can receive up to five no-cost, short-term counseling visits per issue, per individual, per year.

They are not eligible to utilize behavioral health and substance use benefits beyond the Emotional Wellbeing Solutions program, as they are not enrolled in your health coverage.
