The RealAge Test is Sharecare’s scientifically based health assessment that estimates how you are aging based on your lifestyle, health history, biometrics, and more. It should only take 10–15 minutes to complete.
The RealAge Test is not required to participate in Sharecare programs. However, it is required annually for active state and higher education employees and their spouses who are enrolled in medical insurance through Partners for Health to earn wellness incentives.
