The screening period for the current calendar year will be from Jan. 1-Nov. 30. You have until Dec. 15 to submit your Physician Results Form if utilizing this option. If you complete a biometric screening with your doctor between Dec. 1 and Nov. 30, these lab results will count toward the next program year earnings.
