There’s a COB section at the bottom of the page which includes a link to some examples. Also, look under Publications and Medical Plan Documents. You can scroll through the plan documents until you reach Section 5 Coordination of Medical Benefits, or you can word search for “coordination” to navigate to coordination of benefits content. Section 5 of the Plan Document governs coordination of benefits of your plan.
I’d like to know more about coordination of benefits, including how it works with more than one policy (dual coverage or double coverage). Where can I find examples and other COB information?
