An insurance benefits analyst, working in the Benefits Administration retirement section, is also available to speak with you regarding the process and the eligibility criteria to enroll in coverage as a retiree on the state plans. To discuss your specific eligibility and/or enrollment questions, you may contact us at 800-253-9981 and select option 2 to speak with a retirement insurance benefits analyst. BA service center hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT and on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT.
When you call, you will be asked to provide your identifying information, including your name, Edison employee ID number or Social Security number, your date of birth and your address. This information in requested to confirm your identity and to ensure that BA staff protect your health information.
