The State Group Insurance Program will pay the monthly maintenance fee as long as you are enrolled in the Consumer-driven Health Plan offered by the state. Additionally, as long as you are enrolled in a CDHP, there is no fee for non-sufficient funds, overdrafts, stop-payments or wire transfers.
