If the ABC has resigned, transferred or retired
- Terminate the employee’s record in Edison.
- If this person was the only ABC for the agency, a replacement must be assigned immediately. Agencies are required to have a designated ABC at all times.
If the ABC is still employed but no longer serving as ABC
- Complete the appropriate User Rights Form based on agency type:
- Higher Education, Local Education or Local Government:
HE/LE/LG Benefits User Security Authorization
- State Agencies:
State Benefits User Security Authorization
- Submit the completed form to benefits.abcsecurityforms@tn.gov.
