You will remain on the dental coverage even after turning 65 unless you request to cancel the coverage.
If you would like to cancel the dental coverage when you turn 65 please complete the insurance cancel request form located at https://www.tn.gov/partnersforhealth/publications/forms.html. Look under the Retirement Section. Coverage will be cancelled the first day of the month after Benefits Administration receives your request.
