Yes. With the PPOs, you will pay the network cost for the allergy serum or medication itself until you meet your deductible. Then coinsurance will apply. The injection administration charge for PPO members will be paid at 100%. If enrolled in a CDHP, you will pay deductible plus coinsurance for allergy shots and office visits.
