If you have a medical FSA or L-FSA, you will be provided a TASC debit card to pay for eligible health care expenses directly for amounts up to the balance in your FSA or L-FSA account. You can use the debit card rather than paying with your own funds and seeking reimbursement from the vendor.
A debit card is not available for use with the dependent care FSA. For reimbursement of dependent care expenses, you must submit claims for reimbursement online via the app or by paper or fax.
