All employee must provide Benefits Administration with a valid email address. You also MUST keep your phone number and mailing address up to date with Benefits Administration. It is recommended that state employees use their official state email address for communication with Benefits Administration. If you do not have an official state email address, you can provide a personal email address. If you are employed by a higher education, a local education or a local government agency, the agency is required to provide a valid email address for each active employee so make sure to keep your email address updated with your employer and in Edison.
