No. Regions identify where our members live and work, but you are not limited to doctors or hospitals in one region of the state. Whether you are in a PPO or CDHP/HSA plan with BCBS or Cigna as your carrier, you will always have access to doctors and medical facilities across Tennessee and across the country. Using in-network providers is recommended as using out-of-network providers will cost you more.
If I live in the east region, does that mean I can only go to doctors in that region?
