How to Reset Your Edison Password


  • Navigate to
  • Click on “Employee Portal Login.”
  • Enter Your Access ID.
    • Don’t Know Your Access ID? Click the Back button on your browser.
    • Look for the “1st Time Login/Password Reset” box on the left.
    • Click the first link labeled “HERE.”
    • Enter your Last Name, Birth Date, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and your Employee ID.
      • Your Employee ID is an 8-digit number that can be found on your Caremark Prescription Benefits card, or can be provided to you by your supervisor or HR department.
    • Click “Submit.”
    • A new page will load and display your Access ID; make a note of it.
    • Go back to
    • Click on “Employee Portal Login.”
    • Enter Your Access ID.
  • Click “Continue.”
  • Click “Forgot Your Password?”
  • You should receive an email with a temporary password.
    • Didn’t Get An Email? Call for Help!
      • State Employees: Call Edison Help Desk: 615-741-4357 or 866-376-0104
      • All Others: Call Benefits Service Center: 615-741-3590or 800-253-9981
    • Enter the temporary password from the email or the Help Desk into the password box.
    • Click “Enter” or press the “Enter” key.
    • You will be prompted to enter a new password.

Enter the new password twice, clicking “Enter” or pressing the “Enter” key after each entry.
