You can follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://www.edison.tn.gov
- Click on “Employee Portal Login.”
- Enter Your Access ID.
- Don’t Know Your Access ID? Click the Back button on your browser.
- Click on the Retrieve Access ID button
- Complete the required fields (First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, Zip Code)
- Click “Submit.”
- A new page will load and display your Access ID; make a note of your Access ID.
- Click the link to return to https://www.edison.tn.gov
- Click on “Employee Portal Login.”
- Enter Your Access ID.
- Click “Continue.”
- Click “Forgot Your Password?”
- You should receive an email with a temporary password.

- All Others: Call Benefits Service Center: 615-741-3590 or 800-253-9981
- Didn’t Get An Email? Call for Help!
- Enter the temporary password from the email or the Help Desk into the password box.
- Click “Enter” or press the “Enter” key on your keyboard.
- You will be prompted to enter a new password.
- Enter your new password twice, clicking “Enter” or pressing the “Enter” key after each entry. After entering the password the second time, wait a minute, the screen will take longer than the others did to load.
