How to View Imputed Income by Payroll Date
Step 1: Choose Dates
In both the "From" and "To" date fields, use the last day of a month.
- The dates you choose will determine how many payrolls you want to include in your results.
Option A: View One Payroll
To see information for only one payroll, enter the same date in both the "From" and "To" fields.
Example: Entering 12/31/2025 in both fields will show results for the December payroll only.
Option B: View Multiple Payrolls
- To see information for more than one payroll, enter two different last days of the month.
- Example: Entering 10/31/2025 as the "From" date and 12/31/2025 as the "To" date will show results for October, November, and December payrolls (three total).
- You can confirm how many payrolls are included by checking the "Count of Paychecks" column (this is the last column in the results).
Step 2: Use the Calendar Fields
- You will see two calendar fields:
- The top field is for the start date ("From")
- The bottom field is for the end date ("To")
- Both fields use the MM/DD/YYYY format (Month/Day/Year)
Step 3: Run the Query
After entering your dates, click the "View Results" button to run the query.
