I have an employee who requested a copy of their 1095C tax form from a year prior to 2015. How does the member acquire the needed tax form?

1095-C Form Availability

The IRS 1095-C reporting requirement began with the 2015 tax year.

• The State of Tennessee did not generate 1095-C forms for the 2014 tax year.
• These forms do not exist for 2014, and there is no way to obtain one for that year.

If you need a 1095-C form, they are only available starting with the 2015 tax year and beyond.
