Here are steps to clear your cache in different browsers.

- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the ellipsis (3 dot) menu on top right corner of the browser.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Privacy, Search and Services.
- Click on Clear Browsing Data.
- Click the Choose What to Clear button.

- Click on Clear now.
- Close Microsoft Edge.
For Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Click the Stack ( ) Icon in the upper right of the window.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Click Clear Data...
- Check (if unchecked) Cookies and Site Data.
- Check (if unchecked) Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
- Close Mozilla Firefox.
For Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the Stack ( ) Icon in the upper right of the window.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy and Security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Check (if unchecked) Browsing history.
- Check (if unchecked) Cookies and other site data.
- Check (if unchecked) Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
- Close Google Chrome.
